BENJI COHN
Benji Cohn brings years of experience helping both buyers/sellers achieve their real estate goals in the Greater Milwaukee area, from single-family homes and condominiums to multi-family investments and new construction development. A proud Milwaukee native, Benji Cohn considers himself one of the city’s biggest advocates and has a deep passion for serving the community he grew up in.
With a background in the world of investment properties and interior design, his clients benefit directly from the longstanding relationships he forged with his “5-Star Vendors”—from lenders & title companies to contractors & other specialists. In a community as tight-knit as "Small-waukee," relationships are at the very core of his business.
When not working, you can find Benji at one of Milwaukee's hottest new restaurants, enjoying a glass of wine, or spending time with friends & his girlfriend. And, of course, telling you about the latest new development project in the Milwaukee area!
GUY NICOLET
Guy Nicolet is an experienced real estate agent who specializes in representing single-family-residence, condominium, and duplex sellers/buyers in the greater Milwaukee area. He is committed to the relentless pursuit of practicing real estate with meaning and integrity.
The seed for real estate was planted in Guy at an early age by his parents whom he observed buy, renovate, and sell numerous single family residences, including Whitefish Bay’s Renaissance-revival Uihlein mansion on Lake Drive. This seed fully matured while Guy was living in Los Angeles, where he embarked on his own career in real estate sales. Guy has since returned home to Whitefish Bay where he continues to hone his real estate sales skills as a market analyst, innovative advertiser, efficient negotiator, and open communicator.
When not working, you can find Guy sneaking down to Chicago to watch his Northwestern Wildcats, enjoying brunch at Uncle Wolfie’s Breakfast Tavern, or spending time with his wife, son, and daughter.
